Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reports.
- Track collection, recovery, achievement and productivity.
- Prepare Agent-wise, TL-wise and Process-wise performance reports.
- Monitor Target vs. Achievement and highlight performance gaps.
- Manage Bucket-wise collection MIS.
- Prepare DSR, MTD, WTD and monthly dashboards.
- Maintain accurate and updated operational databases.
- Coordinate with Operations/TLs for data validation and reconciliation.
- Provide management with performance insights and actionable reports.
- Handle incentive, productivity and ad-hoc MIS requirements.
- Improve and automate existing MIS/reporting processes.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in MIS, preferably in BPO Collections/Recovery/BFSI.




- Solid knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Must know Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, Charts & Dashboards.
- Good understanding of Collections & Recovery KPIs.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage MIS and reports.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in Personal Loan, LPL, Bucket X, Penal Recovery, Bad Debt or Telecalling Collections will be preferred.

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000/month

Experience: 1–2 Years

Immediate Joiners preferred.
