Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Executive to support our marketing and sales initiatives. The role involves extensive field visits, lead generation, brand promotion, and close coordination with the sales team. The candidate must be comfortable with local travel and have a keen interest in industrial and B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities





- Conduct field visits for lead generation and brand outreach.
- Promote company products and services to potential customers.
- Identify new markets, industries, and customer segments.
- Collect customer requirements and provide market feedback to the sales team.
- Maintain daily activity reports and share updates with the Sales Manager.
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Skills & Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the sales team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Pune and nearby industrial areas.
- Basic knowledge of electronics or industrial tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of B2B sales and industrial marketing concepts is preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn branding and social media platforms is an added advantage.
