Job Summary

We are looking for a CNC Bending Machine Operator to operate CNC press brake machines and produce sheet metal components as per drawings, dimensions, and production requirements.

- Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Press Brake / CNC Bending Machine.
- Perform bending operations on sheet metal as per production requirements.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and bending specifications.
- Set the machine according to the required bending angle, dimensions, and sequence.
- Select and install the appropriate punch and die tooling.
- Set basic machine parameters and make necessary adjustments.
- Check bending angle and dimensions using Vernier Caliper, measuring tape, angle gauge, etc.
- Ensure the finished component meets the required dimensions and quality standards.
- Identify bending defects such as incorrect angle, wrong dimensions, cracks, or deformation.
- Inform the supervisor in case of machine or tooling problems.




- Maintain proper production and quality records.
- Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures while operating the machine.
- RequirementsITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in CNC bending / Press Brake operation preferred.
- Experience with sheet metal bending will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of punch and die selection.
- Ability to measure angles and dimensions accurately.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
