Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and responsible Collection Executives to handle group loan collection activities. The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting customers, collecting loan repayments, maintaining collection records, and ensuring timely payments.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers in assigned areas for group loan collection.
- Collect loan repayments from customers as per the scheduled due dates.
- Maintain proper records of daily collections and customer details.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the branch/team regarding collection status.
- Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure all collected amounts are deposited/submitted as per company procedures.
- Handle customer queries and payment-related issues professionally.




- Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.
- Candidate RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Age should be below 32 years.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and documentation.
- Candidates should be comfortable travelling within the assigned area.
