- Job ResponsibilitiesSource candidates for Picker, Packer, Loader & Store Associate positions.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Zepto and Swiggy store requirements.
- Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, WhatsApp, referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates according to client requirements.
- Contact candidates and explain the job role, salary, location, shift and benefits.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and the client team.
- Maintain daily candidate sourcing and joining reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.




- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding joining status and candidate deployment.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to make a high volume of candidate calls.
- Comfortable working with recruitment portals such as Apna.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
- Previous experience in blue-collar / volume hiring / warehouse / delivery / retail recruitment will be an advantage.
