Job Description: Content Creator

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive and social-media-savvy Content Creator who can manage content for multiple brands and consistently create engaging, platform-native content.

The ideal candidate understands what makes people stop scrolling, can turn ideas into compelling content, and is comfortable adapting their creative approach to different brand identities, audiences, and industries.

This role involves content ideation, creation, execution, and day-to-day management across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media content for multiple brands simultaneously, maintaining a distinct voice and visual identity for each.
- Develop creative and engaging content ideas for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Create and coordinate content including:
- Reels and short-form videos
- Static posts and carousels
- Stories
- Captions and social copy
- Campaign and promotional content
- Trend-based and topical content
- Develop monthly/weekly content calendars and ensure timely execution.
- Research social media trends, formats, sounds, hooks, and content styles relevant to each brand.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines, and scripts.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders when required.
- Ensure content is aligned with each brand's tone, positioning, audience, and marketing objectives.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
- Stay updated on changing social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.




- Take ownership of content from idea → creation → publishing → performance review.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement.
- Excellent creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh content ideas consistently.
- Experience creating short-form video/Reels is highly preferred.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines without compromising quality.
- Good understanding of branding and the ability to adapt content to different brand personalities.
- Comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-driven approach.
- A positive eye for visuals, storytelling, trends, and social-media-first content.
