Yastudy is an education-focused company providing guidance and counselling to students for higher education opportunities in India and abroad. We help students with university selection, scholarships, admission guidance, visa assistance, and other education-related services.

Job Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and understand their educational requirements.

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Explain Yastudy’s courses, services, and study-abroad opportunities to students and parents.

- Counsel students and help them choose suitable educational options.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert potential leads into admissions.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM.

- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for smooth student onboarding.





- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

- Comfortable working with daily/monthly targets.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, and email communication.

- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
