We are hiring *Virtual Relationship Manager - VRM* for Leading Private Bank in Chennai.

*Job Responsibilities:*

1. *Virtual Customer Handling* - Manage customer relationships through calls, email & digital channels

2. *Query Resolution* - Handle customer queries and provide banking solutions

3. *Sales* - Cross-sell & Up-sell *CASA, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Investments*

4. *Target* - Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

5. *Acquisition* - Acquire new customers and maintain relationship with existing customers

6. *Service* - Ensure excellent customer service and high satisfaction

*Skills Required:*





`Virtual Sales` `Tele Sales` `Banking Sales` `Customer Service` `Cross Selling` `CASA` `Loans` `Credit Card` `Hindi Communication` `CRM`

*Who Can Apply:*
