We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Warehouse Executive to support and coordinate day-to-day warehousing and logistics operations The role focuses on smooth coordination timely stock movement and effective communication with suppliers transport partners warehouses and clients to ensure seamless delivery processes The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in warehousing or logistics operations strong domain knowledge and excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi Key Responsibilities Stock Coordination Ensure timely receipt of stock from suppliers and manage dispatches from partner warehouses to clients Issue Resolution Coordinate with transporters partners and clients to resolve delivery issues delays or stock rejections Partner Communication Serve as a key contact point between suppliers warehouses transporters and clients for smooth operations Delivery Management Track dispatch and delivery timelines and follow up to ensure on-time completion Escalation Support Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency Documentation Reporting Maintain basic documentation related to dispatches returns and client acceptances Team Coordination Work closely with internal teams vendors and partners to support daily warehouse activities Skills Requirements 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations logistics coordination or supply chain management Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Good domain knowledge of warehousing and logistics processes Excellent coordination and interpersonal abilities to manage multiple stakeholders Ability to multi-task prioritize and handle operational challenges effectively Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset Willingness to travel locally to supplier warehouse or client sites when needed Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Ability to commute relocate Calicut Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Are you fluent in English Are you ok for an Immediate joining Experience Warehouse management 5 years Required Work Location In person
