We are looking for Dispatch Executive Below are the job responsibilities Communicate effectively with logistics providers drivers and warehouse staff Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and prepare necessary reports Update sales and operations teams on shipment status Plan dispatches in sync with given timelines Assist in handling breakdowns delays and route issues by coordinating with the support team Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading reconciling quantities and noting discrepancies Maintain FG and other Inventories stock by keeping accurate physical stock Organizes item order by editing for price promotions product and weight compliance Handle complete day to day Operations of the dispatch centre Maintain FIFO for components Track material shortages and provide immediate resolution Overall Warehouse management - Material inward outward Requirements Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with dispatch management software and tools Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Food provided Leave encashment
