About Lenskart Lenskart is Asia s leading eyewear brand redefining how people experience eyewear with technology innovation and speed With a presence across India Southeast Asia and the Middle East we are building an integrated global supply chain that ensures quality precision and scale at every step from design to delivery Role Summary We are seeking a strategic and hands-on manufacturing leader to head our Frames Manufacturing operations The role will oversee end-to-end manufacturing from raw material planning and production to quality assurance and process excellence ensuring world-class product quality speed and efficiency at scale Key Responsibilities Lead all manufacturing operations for frames across multiple facilities ensuring alignment with global production goals quality standards and cost targets Build and execute a multi-year roadmap to scale capacity productivity and automation in line with Lenskart s global growth Drive operational excellence through lean practices TPM Six Sigma and Industry 4 0 adoption Collaborate closely with Product Design and Merchandising teams to ensure manufacturability and timely launches of current collections Oversee planning procurement and maintenance functions to ensure uninterrupted operations Build and develop high-performing plant leadership teams fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with environmental safety and labor standards Partner with international teams to benchmark global best practices and bring innovation into Lenskart s frame manufacturing ecosystem Ideal Candidate Profile 15 years of experience in manufacturing with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale operations Strong exposure to precision manufacturing eyewear electronics auto components or consumer durables preferred Proven track record of scaling capacity implementing lean systems and delivering cost and quality improvements Deep understanding of materials processes and quality systems related to metal and acetate frames Technologically forward mindset comfortable driving automation digital manufacturing and process analytics Strong leadership team-building and stakeholder management skills
