Position Summary The Personal Banker serves as the primary point of contact for individual customers helping them manage their financial needs and make informed banking decisions This role involves building lasting relationships providing personalized guidance and offering suitable banking products and services to support customers financial well-being The Personal Banker ensures a high-quality customer experience while maintaining accuracy compliance and operational integrity Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers with day-to-day banking needs including account inquiries transactions and service requests Build robust trust-based relationships with new and existing clients Conduct financial needs assessments to identify appropriate products such as savings accounts credit cards personal loans insurance and digital banking solutions Proactively promote bank products and services to help customers achieve their financial goals Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach Educate customers on product features fees benefits and digital channels Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Business Finance Banking or a related field preferred Relevant certifications in sales banking or customer service are an advantage Experience 1-3 years of experience in retail banking customer service or sales Previous experience in handling customer accounts or financial transactions is desirable Skills Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport and trust Basic understanding of banking products services and regulatory requirements Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work toward sales targets while maintaining service quality Proficiency with banking systems and MS Office applications Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 264 214 04 - 529 265 07 per year Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
