Job Overview The Mental Health Literacy Counselling Trainer will be responsible for conducting awareness and capacity-building sessions for teachers school staff parents and students on emotional well-being mental health literacy and basic counselling techniques The role involves equipping stakeholders with knowledge and tools to identify early signs of mental distress build supportive environments and ensure effective referral and intervention practices Key Responsibilities Design and deliver structured training modules on mental health awareness stress management and emotional well-being Train teachers and school staff to identify and support students with emotional and behavioral challenges Conduct sessions on building resilience peer support and managing adolescent mental health Coordinate with school counsellors for follow-up support and interventions Use digital tools and interactive methods to deliver engaging sessions Document session outcomes and prepare training reports Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Work Location In person
