Sales Executive Company Viacation Tourism Private Limited Location Gurugram Employment Type Full-time About Viacation Viacation is a forward-thinking travel startup dedicated to revolutionizing the way people experience travel Our platform offers a seamless booking experience for flights accommodations transfers sightseeing and curated holiday packages With a focus on customer satisfaction and innovative solutions we aim to make travel planning simple accessible and enjoyable for all We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team The candidate will be responsible for driving sales managing client relationships and contributing to the company s growth in the tourism sector Objectives of this role 1 Managing planning and assisting with clients travel preferences and creating a tailored itinerary based on their budgets 2 Organizing end-to-end services like booking tickets accommodation medical needs travel and transportation 3 Documenting and maintaining records of clients payments invoices and other travel-related bookings in a timely and accurate manner 4 Staying updated by attending seminars or conferences about the latest travel-related trends regulations and safety measures to provide informed recommendations Responsibilities 1 Research all information regarding weather conditions local customs language currency and events to make the journey enjoyable 2 Provide exceptional client service with planning and booking business leisure trips 3 Maintain relationships with clients vendors travel partners and other stakeholders 4 Communicate with clients via phone mail or in person about the travel itineraries and address any concerns or questions they may have during or after their trip 5 Educate the clients regarding the cancellation policy refunds or any penalties 6 Research and negotiate with travel vendors for the best possible rates and packages 7 Prepare marketing and promotional methods to sell tour itinerary packages 8 Stay informed about travel trends regulations and industry-related news to offer the best possible service Required Skills and Qualifications 1 A graduate degree in hospitality travel or a related field 2 Prior experience as a travel consultant travel agent or similar role with an exceptional customer service record 3 Meticulous planner with attention to detail with bookings payments or other travel-related requirements 4 Proficiency in research and writing local and international travel arrangements 5 Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple client bookings 6 Proficiency in French and any other language local and or international 7 Experience with travel booking software like Sabre Amadeus or Travelport 8 Passion for travel and customer service How to apply Interested candidates should email their resume and cover letter to lakhya jaiswal viacation com Please use Travel Consultant as the subject line Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for an interview Job Type Full time Pay Up to 35 000 00 per month Application Question s How many years of experience in Travel Education Bachelor s Required Experience Sales 1 year Required Language English Required Location Gurugram Haryana Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
