We are seeking your support in identifying suitable candidates for the following position Position Lead OTS Experience 8-13 years Annual CTC Range 15 00 000 - 20 00 000 Key Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle of process dynamic simulations in line with standards guidelines and project requirements Ensure successful project deliveries across all phases of OTS projects including Kick-off meetings scope freezing P ID markup data collection Model configuration bench modelling tuning to match HMB Model integration with DCS Direct Connect Emulated SCADA and third-party logic systems MAT FAT SAT execution Startup shutdown malfunctions instructor variables and customer demos testing Provide effective technical and practical engineering solutions with consistent quality and timely delivery Technical Industry Experience Minimum 8 years in process dynamic simulations Strong chemical engineering fundamentals with good understanding of chemical and refinery processes Hands-on experience conducting MAT FAT SAT independently at least 2-3 instances Proficiency in dynamic simulation tools preferably UniSim and Aspen Hysys Experience in process model development and integration with control systems Skills Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institution Mandatory Skills UniSim expertise project leading team leading Aspen Hysys DCS integration process simulation Desirable Skills Hysys Aspen project management Strong problem-solving communication interpersonal and team collaboration skills Willingness to travel onsite for customer demos and testing as required Job Type Full time Pay 514 486 62 - 1 931 506 04 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
