We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager Contract Remote Role for the APJ region to lead operational programming and manage the tech stack in Marketo and related platforms The role demands deep knowledge of regional marketing strategies and compliance requirements You will collaborate closely with Field Marketing and Business Development teams to guide campaign strategies enhance lead funnel efficiency and ensure optimal pipeline conversion while also staying updated on trends within the APJ region Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES Own and manage regional operational programming in Marketo and the associated tech stack for APJ ensuring alignment with business objectives Provide campaign strategy guidance considering regional and global implications to ensure seamless omni-channel marketing execution Lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns ensuring best practices and high-quality lead flow through the funnel Optimize campaign performance focusing on key metrics such as MQL conversion rate database growth and email performance Manage and improve campaign and operational processes including lead routing lifecycle management and scoring to ensure efficiency and effective documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Marketing Business Development and other teams to gather requirements and manage stakeholder relationships Perform regular campaign QA including testing emails validating links and reviewing dynamic content Provide insightful campaign performance reporting and optimization recommendations to key stakeholders Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical or campaign-related issues RESPONSIBILITIES At least 5 years of experience with marketing automation tools Marketo Salesforce Tableau Solid understanding of end-to-end campaign lifecycle management across the full MarTech stack Proficient in campaign reporting and analysis translating insights into actionable recommendations for marketing optimization Experience in process design improvement and documentation for operational and campaign execution Ability to manage multiple projects deadlines and day-to-day tasks while ensuring smooth operations Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
