Job Title Display Coordinator Location Ahmedabad Head Office CTC 4-8 LPA Job Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to manage complete coordination for display panels across multiple showrooms The role involves handling communication between the sales team factory team and the Head Office ensuring accurate showroom display management and maintaining all updates in the internal web application Key Responsibilities1 Coordination Communication Act as the central coordination point between Sales Factory and Head Office for all display-related requirements Ensure timely communication follow-ups and closure of all requests 2 Showroom Display Management Coordinate display requirements across all showrooms Ensure correct placement updating and maintenance of display panels Work closely with showroom teams to maintain display standards 3 Web Application Management Manage update and monitor all display-related data in the internal web application Ensure real-time accuracy for dispatch installation and showroom logs Identify any discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teams for correction or resolution 4 Reporting Data Handling Maintain trackers logs and records of all display-related activities Prepare weekly monthly reports and dashboards Use Advanced Excel for data management analysis and process improvements Requirements Strong communication and coordination skills Proficiency in Excel Advanced Excel preferred High intellectual capability with robust problem-solving skills Proactive attitude with consistent follow-up and task closure Ability to manage communication with multiple teams simultaneously Preferred Profile Experience in coordination operations or backend support roles preferred not mandatory Tech-savvy and comfortable working with internal software web applications Process-driven detail-oriented and disciplined Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 60 000 00 - 65 000 00 per year Work Location In person
