Greetings from Jyothy Labs Limited About Jyothy Labs Jyothy Labs is a leading Indian FMCG company whose mission is to seek solve spread to identify problems deliver solutions and create a positive impact We operate in segments such as Fabric Care brands like Ujala Henko Home Care Personal Care and Dish Wash To know more about us please visit www jyothylabs com Job Opportunity - Team Lead Mechanical Department Pay Range 60 000 - 70 000 per month negotiable for the right candidate Location Karaikal Position Team Lead - Mechanical Department We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our Mechanical Maintenance Department The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in pneumatics and hydraulics within a manufacturing maintenance setup Key Responsibilities Prepare Maintenance and Project Budgets Capex Opex BOM BOQ preparation for project and maintenance activities Track Capex spending utilization and documentation Reduce spares purchase cost by servicing old equipment to improve efficiency Drive 5S Kaizen implementation across plants Collect quotations for project and maintenance-related spares Plan and execute preventive breakdown maintenance effectively Manage mechanical and utility-related spares for smooth operations Liquid Bar plants Support new machine installations filling packing utilities Prepare daily permits for project maintenance activities while ensuring safety compliance Procure and follow up on raw materials chemicals and building maintenance materials Prepare maintenance and project schedules Follow up on machinery maintenance fabrication work and AMC activities Support new projects and material procurement as required Maintain statutory compliance documents including Pressure non-pressure vessels Lifting equipment Chain blocks relief valves etc Prepare and maintain plant records whitewash review data statutory Participate in monthly plant review meetings and share reports with factory head Implement plant-wide Kaizen initiatives for productivity and safety improvement Maintain logs and daily activity reports Prepare and update overall plant layout drawings based on new projects Conduct visual inspection of procured machinery and project materials Supervise the mechanical maintenance team and lead operations Ensure availability of critical spares and maintain all machinery at working standards Candidate Profile Qualification BE B Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred Experience 8-10 years in Mechanical Maintenance with strong knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics Skills Required Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of preventive predictive maintenance practices Good communication and documentation skills Interested candidates may send their updated resume to karthikeyan e jyothy com Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 60 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
