we help companies across industries get ahead and stay ahead Powered by curiosity courage and innovation our teams implement data technology and AI to create tomorrow today Get to know us at genpact com and on LinkedIn X YouTube and Facebook Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant Solution Architecture We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect specializing in Data Governance to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing developing and implementing the technical architecture and infrastructure necessary to support the organization s data governance framework This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture data management and data governance best practices and involves working closely with IT data management teams and business units to ensure that data governance tools and solutions are effectively integrated and maintained Role and Responsibilities Experience in GenAI project Technical Architecture Design Design and develop the technical architecture for data governance solutions including data quality metadata management data lineage and data cataloging Ensure that data governance solutions align with the overall enterprise architecture and IT strategy Tool Selection and Implementation Evaluate and recommend data governance tools and technologies e g Collibra Informatica Alation Atlan Lead the implementation configuration and deployment of selected data governance tools 3 Integration and Interoperability Ensure that data governance solutions are integrated with existing data management systems data warehouses and other IT infrastructure Work with IT teams to develop integration strategies and ensure interoperability of data governance tools 4 Technical Standards and Best Practices Establish and enforce technical standards and best practices for data governance Ensure that technical solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements 5 Technical Troubleshooting and Support Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data governance tools and systems Address and resolve technical issues in a timely manner 6 Security and Compliance Implement technical controls to ensure data privacy and security Ensure that data governance solutions comply with relevant data protection regulations e g GDPR CCPA 7 Performance Monitoring and Optimization Monitor the performance of data governance tools and infrastructure Optimize system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of data governance solutions Qualifications Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Management or a related field Experience Total experience of 15 years with minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data governance data management or a related role Proven experience in designing and implementing at least 2 data governance solutions including data privacy solutions Strong hands-on experience with data governance tools e g Collibra Informatica EDC Axon CDGC Alation Atlan etc is required Good to have experience with data privacy tools e g Big ID OneTrust etc Skills Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices Excellent knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements Solid understanding of data management data quality metadata management data lineage and data integration techniques Experience with cloud platforms e g AWS Azure Google Cloud and data lakes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives independently Why join Genpact Be a transformation leader -
