valuable and high-quality functionality to our clients Define and drive an overall unifying vision for teams and their projects processes workflows and related areas through motivation consensus building and leading change Provide technical leadership and guidance to both your team members and your project peers Implement and drive adaptations to teams and strategic organizational processes workflows and related areas Leverage your technical and domain knowledge to partner with Product representatives and your teams in defining project deliverables presenting innovative solutions and ultimately successfully plan manage and drive the timely delivery of corporate initiatives Work with Product and technical stakeholders as well as Program Management to define project requirements and You ll Bring Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field Overall 10 years of experience in software development of large-scale web applications Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical leadership role building exceptional products managing high-performance teams Experience with a public cloud AWS Azure or GCP and good understanding of cloud-native services Experience with C using NET framework NET Core Experience in delivering one or more core platform services such as API gateway identity management authentication messaging Kafka or RabbitMQ workflow orchestration job scheduling and search Exceptional communication and people skills with a passion for product excellence talent development and mentoring Knowledge of full SDLC processes and best practices Technical Design Database paradigms performance monitoring and instrumentation Strong experience in Agile methodology processes and best practices Solid understanding of modern SaaS web-based application key concepts and features Understanding of QA standards and best practices TDD concepts Able to conceptualize overall components of technological stacks and pipelines and convey such information to both technical and non-technical audiences alike Keeps abreast of emerging technologies trends and relevant areas of interest and applies such knowledge as appropriate We re Even More Excited If You Have Experience 8 years in a related field with recent experience as a manager or Technical Lead in software development of large-scale web applications Education A BS EE or CS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Leadership Exceptional communication and people skills with a demonstrated passion for talent development and mentoring Methodology Strong experience in Agile methodology processes and best practices as well as a thorough understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle SDLC Technical Expertise 5 years of experience in software development using C or Java A solid computer science foundation including data structures algorithms and design patterns Proven track record of software design and architecture of complex systems and experience as a technical influencer for highly scalable distributed system designs Experience in modern database platforms like SQL including data modelling stored procedures and performance and scaling considerations Recent experience working with troubleshooting and tuning all layers of a modern SaaS N-Tier web-based application Best Practices Knowledge of Build Deployment and Continuous Integration concepts Experience in TDD concepts methodologies and best practices e g mocks spies unit tests code coverage BDD experience is a plus Understanding of QA standards and best practices including automation regression and
