The Telecalling Executive Female is responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to customers explaining products services generating leads or sales and providing excellent customer support This role requires good communication skills patience and the ability to build rapport over the phone Key Responsibilities1 Call Handling Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions 2 Lead Generation Sales If applicable Explain product features offers and benefits clearly Persuade customers to purchase products or schedule appointments Follow up with warm leads and close sales when required 3 Customer Support Address customer queries issues or complaints promptly Provide accurate information related to products services pricing and policies Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction 4 Data Entry Reporting Maintain call logs customer details and follow-up records Update CRM Excel sheets with daily call reports Submit daily weekly reports to the team leader or manager 5 Coordination Coordinate with sales teams field staff or service team for customer requirements Schedule customer visits service appointments or product demos 6 Compliance Process Follow-through Follow telecalling scripts company guidelines and call quality standards Ensure confidentiality of customer data Required Skills Qualifications Minimum Higher Secondary Degree 0-3 years of experience in telecalling customer service or telesales Good communication skills in English and local language as per location Basic computer knowledge MS Excel CRM email Pleasant voice confident speaking and active listening skills Ability to handle rejections and manage calls professionally Freshers can also Apply Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance
