The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning coordinating and supervising daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe efficient and timely production This role oversees production staff maintains equipment performance ensures product quality and drives continuous improvement to meet organizational goals Key Responsibilities Supervise lead and motivate production operators and shift employees Plan and allocate daily manpower materials and resources to meet production schedules Ensure product quality standards are consistently met take corrective action when deviations occur Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown repairs Implement safety practices and participate in safety audits to maintain a zero-incident workplace Maintain accurate production records reports and KPI dashboards OEE downtime scrap rate etc Promote lean manufacturing continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives Train employees on work instructions equipment operation quality checks and safety procedures Enforce compliance with company policies SOPs ISO industry standards and regulatory guidelines Coordinate material flow with warehouse quality engineering procurement and other departments Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity Conduct shift handover meetings and communicate priorities with cross-functional teams Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree Diploma in Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing Engineering or related field 3-7 years of experience in production or manufacturing supervision industry specific if needed Strong knowledge of production planning shop-floor management and lean concepts Experience working in continuous flow batch CNC FMCG automotive chemical Required Skills Competencies Leadership and team-building abilities Strong understanding of quality control and safety requirements Problem-solving and root-cause analysis RCA skills Knowledge of 5S Kaizen Lean and Six Sigma preferred Valuable communication skills oral written Proficient in MS Office ERP MRP exposure is an advantage Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Willingness to work in shifts if applicable Key Performance Indicators KPIs Production output vs plan Quality rejects scrap rate Machine availability and downtime Labor efficiency and absenteeism Safety compliance and incident rate On-time delivery to internal external customers Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
