We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator to set up operate and maintain Vertical Machining Center machines to produce high-precision components The role involves interpreting technical drawings ensuring machining accuracy and maintaining production quality and safety standards Key Responsibilities Set up VMC machines according to job specifications Operate and monitor machining processes to ensure proper cutting speed and feed Load adjust and replace tools as required Interpret engineering drawings 2D 3D models and job instructions Perform basic CNC programming or editing of G-code if applicable Inspect finished components using calipers micrometers gauges and other measuring tools Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance Identify machining issues and report deviations immediately Follow production schedules and maintain documentation Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards Skills Qualifications ITI Diploma in Mechanical Machining Fitter or related field 1-5 years of experience operating VMC or CNC milling machines Knowledge of Fanuc Siemens or similar control systems Please Share Your Resume (phone hidden) (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Health insurance Work Location In person
