Job Role Junior Leasing Executive - Retail Commercial Space Location Mumbai Salary 5-6 LPA We are looking for a motivated fresher to join our Retail Leasing team The candidate will support day-to-day leasing activities assist in identifying potential retail tenants and help coordinate with brands brokers and property owners Key Responsibilities o Assist in identifying and approaching prospective retail tenants o Support in preparing property presentations layouts and proposals o Maintain tenant databases lease trackers and documentation o Coordinate with internal teams for lease agreements and approvals o Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis o Collect required documents KYC and support tenant onboarding o Prepare simple MIS reports and occupancy updates Required Skills o Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Real Estate Commerce or related fields o Valuable communication and interpersonal skills o Basic knowledge of retail brands or mall operations preferred not mandatory o Proficiency in MS Office Excel PowerPoint o Willingness to travel for site visits Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 600 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
