We are seeking an experienced and proficient individual to join our team as an Accountant In this role you will be responsible for overseeing accounting functions and supporting our export import activities Responsibilities Accounting Raising invoices and proforma invoices for clients Preparing GST returns and liaising with Camelot s Chartered Accountants Managing company and personal expenses using Tally Following up with vendors and clients for payments Preparing and maintaining the yearly P L statement Tracking incoming advance payments and payment status of clients Paying salaries and maintaining an attendance leave record Raising delivery challans and e-way bills Knowledge of GST TDS and taxation Export Import Documentation and Banking Ensuring compliance with export documentation requirements Coordinating with relevant authorities and agencies for export-related import-related processes Knowledge of banking requirements and procedures for international transactions Administrative Managing petty cash Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles Robust knowledge of Tally and other accounting software Familiarity with GST returns and compliance Expertise in export import documentation and banking procedures Ability to follow up with vendors and clients for payments Excellent written and spoken English language skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Working Hours Monday - Friday 10 30am - 6 30pm Saturdays 1st 3rd 10 30am - 2 00pm Address 127 Kemps Corner Next to Om Chambers Mumbai 400 026 Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Experience total work 5 years Required Location Mumbai Maharashtra Required Work Location In person
