Job Summary We are seeking a talented and versatile 3D Designer - Generalist with a strong architectural background The ideal candidate should be well-versed in AutoCAD Lumion SketchUp and Revit to create high-quality 3D visualizations renderings and design presentations The candidate must have hands-on commercial experience and the ability to convert architectural concepts into realistic visual outputs that align with project requirements Key Responsibilities Develop detailed 3D models visualizations and walkthroughs for commercial residential and interior design projects Interpret architectural drawings and convert them into 3D renderings Work with design teams to present creative and visually appealing concepts layouts and presentations Prepare high-quality renders animations and virtual walkthroughs using industry-standard tools Ensure timely delivery of outputs adhering to client requirements and industrial standards Collaborate with architects interior designers and project managers for design finalization Stay updated with latest visualization trends software updates and rendering techniques Key Skills Software Expertise AutoCAD - drafting and technical detailing SketchUp - 3D modeling conceptual design Revit - BIM modeling architectural visualization Lumion - realistic rendering walkthroughs Strong understanding of architectural design principles Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines Excellent visualization creativity and presentation skills Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Architecture Interior Design or related field 2-5 years of proven commercial experience in 3D visualization and rendering Strong design portfolio showcasing relevant projects Compensation Salary will be as per industry standards and based on experience portfolio Job Type Full time Work Location In person
