Key Responsibilities Identify evaluate and develop vendors for solar project materials such as PV modules inverters structures cables transformers BOS Balance of System and civil electrical consumables Float inquiries collect quotations and prepare comparative statements for vendor selection Negotiate prices credit terms delivery schedules and contract conditions with suppliers Issue Purchase Orders PO as per approved terms and ensure timely delivery of goods Coordinate with project engineering and finance teams to ensure material availability as per BOQ and project plan Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality cost and delivery timelines Maintain procurement records vendor database and purchase documentation in ERP systems Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory requirements GST customs etc Manage logistics coordination for delivery at site transport warehousing clearance Assist in cost control and budgeting by tracking purchase expenditures Support in vendor audits approvals and long-term rate contracts Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Work Location In person
