The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating attractive customer-centric jewellery displays that drive sales and reflect the brand s image The role involves planning designing and executing in-store and window displays that highlight product aesthetics enhance customer experience and align with promotional campaigns Key Responsibilities Design and implement innovative window and in-store displays to attract customers Ensure jewellery displays are aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal themes Regularly update displays based on stock availability promotions and new launches Collaborate with store managers marketing and sales teams for campaign execution Maintain visual merchandising standards for cleanliness lighting and display aesthetics Monitor customer engagement with displays and suggest improvements Source and manage display props mannequins lighting and decor Train sales staff on basic display maintenance and VM standards Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on jewellery visual merchandising trends Ensure displays highlight product features such as craftsmanship uniqueness and design Requirements Graduate in Fashion Retail Fine Arts Interior Design or related field Proven experience 2-5 years as a Visual Merchandiser preferably in the jewellery luxury retail sector Strong sense of aesthetics creativity and attention to detail Valuable knowledge of materials props and lighting for jewellery displays Proficiency in design tools Photoshop Illustrator CorelDRAW will be an added advantage Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stores if required Key Skills Creativity Design Thinking Attention to Detail Market Trend Awareness Planning Execution Team Collaboration Customer-Centric Approach Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
