Job Summary The ASB Single Stage Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining ASB injection stretch blow molding ISBM machines to produce PET PP containers according to quality and production standards The role includes machine setup monitoring troubleshooting and ensuring safe and efficient production Key Responsibilities Machine Operation Operate ASB single stage injection stretch blow molding machines Perform startup shutdown and changeover activities Monitor production parameters temperature pressure cycle time air pressure etc Quality Control Inspect bottles containers for defects flash short shot bubbles weight variation transparency issues Conduct visual and dimensional checks using gauges and testing equipment Ensure products meet customer and industry standards Maintenance Troubleshooting Perform basic preventive maintenance cleaning molds lubrication checking heaters Report and assist in troubleshooting machine breakdowns Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs Production Efficiency Record daily production data output downtime defects Minimize wastage and optimize cycle times Ensure continuous supply of raw materials and packing materials Safety Compliance Follow company safety standards PPE usage and machine safety protocols Maintain cleanliness of machine area and ensure safe handling of hot parts and compressed air Comply with ISO 5S Positive Manufacturing Practices GMP Qualifications Skills Education ITI Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Plastic Technology or equivalent Experience 1-3 years operating ISBM ASB machines preferred Skills Knowledge of PET PP molding process Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting Ability to read machine parameters and adjust settings Attention to detail and quality standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long hours Manual handling of materials with safe lifting practices Comfortable working in heat noisy environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 38 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
