We are looking for a caring creative and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join Alpine First Step The ideal candidate will nurture young learners through play-based screen-free and experiential teaching methods ensuring every child feels safe valued and inspired to explore Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct engaging age-appropriate lessons and activities Create a warm inclusive and stimulating classroom environment Support children s development across social emotional physical and cognitive domains Use hands-on play-based learning methods to encourage curiosity and creativity Maintain classroom discipline and ensure child safety at all times Communicate progress and updates with parents regularly Collaborate with colleagues to organise school events celebrations and creative workshops Requirements Graduate ECE NTT Montessori training preferred 1-3 years of prior teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood environment Robust communication skills in English and Hindi Passion for early childhood education and working with young children Patience empathy and a child-centered approach to teaching Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
