Hiring Destination Specialist Location Bangalore Experience Minimum 1 Year Qualification Bachelor s Degree Languages English Hindi Mandatory English We are looking for a Destination Specialist to manage end-to-end inbound tour operations for UAE travel This role suits someone who loves planning itineraries coordinating with vendors and delivering exceptional travel experiences to clients Key Responsibilities 1 Tour Planning Itinerary Creation Design customized itineraries based on client budget preferences and timelines Create tour packages including sightseeing hotels transport meals and activities Recommend UAE attractions experiences and cultural highlights 2 Booking Coordination Manage bookings for hotels transfers guides desert safaris dhow cruises etc Coordinate with vendors and negotiate best rates Arrange airport meet-and-greet and transfers 3 Client Communication Handle inquiries via email phone Provide travel guidance and pre-arrival information Offer support during the client s visit if required 4 Operations Management Ensure all bookings and services are confirmed Handle itinerary changes cancellations and emergencies Coordinate daily operations with drivers guides and partners 5 Documentation Reporting Maintain vouchers confirmations invoices and client records Track tour costs payments and profitability Submit operational reports to management 6 Quality Assurance Collect post-tour feedback Address complaints professionally Ensure adherence to service quality and tourism standards Candidate Requirements Education Experience Bachelor s degree required Experience in tourism travel operations customer service or admin Knowledge of UAE geography and attractions is a plus Skills Proficient in MS Office Strong verbal and written communication Valuable email drafting and reporting skills Good typing speed Personal Attributes Presentable well-groomed Team player with a positive attitude Ability to multitask and work under pressure Punctual responsible committed Work Requirements Full-time availability Willing to work on weekends public holidays if needed Job Type Full-time
