DKK INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS I PVT LTD 1 Position Production Engineer 2 Reports To Production In-charge 3 Department Production QC 4 Location Chakan Pune Role Responsibilities1 Production Management Assist Production In-charge with planning and execution of daily tasks Prioritize and schedule operations to meet production goals Monitor inventory report warehouse status and raise material requisitions as required 2 Process Operational Efficiency Identify and analyze production issues and assist in resolving them Support process improvements and logistic planning to reduce downtime Ensure smooth and continuous production flow 3 Quality Assurance Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products Ensure outputs meet internal standards and customer specifications 4 Customer Internal Communication Address customer queries and concerns professionally Share regular production updates and reports with In-charge and clients Escalate major issues for prompt resolution 5 Training Team Coordination Organize training sessions for technicians and labourers Coordinate with internal teams to ensure production readiness 6 R D and Formulation Chemical Lubricant Develop and optimize formulations for water-based lubricants and specialty products Conduct lab-scale trials and assist in production scale-up Collaborate with vendors for product improvements Maintain documentation of trials and formulation versions Stay updated on industry trends and raw materials 7 Safety Housekeeping Follow safety protocols and use appropriate protective equipment Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the production area 8 Additional Tasks Perform any other tasks assigned by the Production In-charge as needed Key Requirements Male candidate Graduate preferably Chemical Engineering B Sc in Chemistry or related field 3-4 years of relevant industry experience Valuable communication skills with a pleasing personality Proficiency in written spoken English Strong computer skills MS Word Excel PowerPoint Knowledge Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering or Science Key Skills Fast learner with good analytical skills Strong interpersonal communication skills Problem-solving ability Competence in using measuring tools Ability to work independently or in a team Time management organizational skills Basic math and data analysis skills Professional email writing Compensation Fixed Salary 4-5 Lakh per annum Perks Provident Fund Life Insurance Accident Insurance etc Job Type Full-time Pay 400 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Experience Production Engineering 4 years Required Work Location In person
