Job Title Deputy Manager - Sales Location Chennai Tamil Nadu Company 4K Sports Infra Pvt Ltd Department Sales Business Development Reporting To Regional Sales Manager Zonal Head Experience Required 2-7 years in B2B Sales preferably in infrastructure sports infra construction materials or turnkey project sales About the Company 4K Sports Infra Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of sports infrastructure solutions across India We specialize in turnkey projects for building world-class sports facilities including synthetic turf athletic tracks indoor outdoor courts and other high-performance sports surfaces and infrastructure Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across government private and institutional sectors in the Chennai and Tamil Nadu region Drive the complete sales cycle - from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission negotiation and closing deals Promote the company s sports infrastructure products and turnkey project services to decision-makers such as architects builders contractors schools colleges sports clubs and government bodies Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets as per the company s goals Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients consultants and industry stakeholders Stay updated on competitor activity market trends and upcoming infrastructure projects Coordinate with the project execution and technical teams to ensure smooth post-sales service and client satisfaction Prepare regular reports on sales performance pipeline status and market feedback Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Civil Engineering or related field MBA is an advantage Proven track record of B2B or institutional sales preferably in infrastructure or project-based industries Strong networking and client relationship management skills Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu as needed Self-driven target-oriented and proactive in approach Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 60 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
