Job Title Planning Incharge Experience Required 5-8 Years Location Hingna Department Planning Coordination Key Responsibilities Prepare and monitor project planning schedules work programs and timelines Develop Bill of Materials BOM and ensure accuracy for procurement and execution Handle cutting plans estimation and job loading to optimize productivity and material usage Coordinate with design procurement and production teams for timely availability of resources Ensure efficient allocation of manpower machinery and materials based on project requirements Monitor work progress against schedules and highlight delays with corrective actions Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports on planning resource utilization and project status Support management in decision-making by providing data on workload capacity and job status Maintain proper documentation of planning activities and project records Ensure compliance with safety quality and company standards during project execution Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of BOM cutting estimation and job loading Expertise in planning tools software e g MS Project or ERP systems Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Strong communication and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under strict timelines Leadership skills to guide and supervise planning team members Educational Qualification B E B Tech in Mechanical Civil Engineering or relevant field Certification in Project Planning Management will be an added advantage Job Type Full time Pay From 30 000 00 per month
