Fracktal Works Location Laggere Bangalore Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee and manage daily production activities in our 3D printing manufacturing facility The role involves supervising the production team ensuring adherence to quality standards maintaining equipment efficiency and optimizing workflow to meet project deadlines Key Roles Responsibilities Production Supervision Planning Manage daily manufacturing operations on the 3D printing production floor Plan and schedule production tasks to meet delivery deadlines Monitor workflow identify bottlenecks and ensure adherence to production schedules Equipment Process Management Supervise setup calibration and maintenance of 3D printers CNC machines and related equipment Perform routine inspections and diagnostic tests to ensure machine reliability Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime Quality Control Documentation Ensure all products meet company quality standards and customer specifications Maintain accurate documentation of production processes maintenance logs and service records Inventory Resource Management Monitor raw materials consumables and spare parts availability Coordinate timely procurement to avoid shortages Implement material optimization practices to reduce waste and control costs Process Improvement Efficiency Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs Implement preventive maintenance plans to avoid costly breakdowns Compliance Safety Ensure adherence to industry regulations company policies and safety protocols Maintain a clean organized and hazard-free work environment Key Skills Requirements Diploma Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering or related field 3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision experience in 3D printing or additive manufacturing preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical systems production processes and preventive maintenance Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively Excellent leadership team management and communication skills Ability to work in a rapid-paced production environment and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 400 000 00 - 700 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund Application Question s Do you have any experience with 3D Printers Manufacturing Experience Manufacturing supervisor 3 years Required Work Location In person
