Hiring Manager Harshh Makkar Recruiter Radhika Kapoor We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented qualified to lead the definition management and evolution of business metadata including business terms rules KPI definitions and data quality standards This role will be instrumental in driving enterprise-wide alignment on critical data elements CDEs sustaining business glossaries and enabling data-driven decision-making through robust governance practices Key Responsibilities Business Metadata Management Define document and maintain business terms rules KPI definitions and data quality standards Ensure consistency and alignment with enterprise data governance frameworks and business objectives Collaborate with data owners and stewards to validate and approve metadata definition Stakeholder Engagement Requirements Gathering Lead cross-functional workshops with business stakeholders to Author and validate entries in the Business Glossary and CDE catalog Gather and refine business requirements for data quality rules and KPIs Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and traceability of metadata CDE KPI Catalog Sustenance Maintain and update the CDE catalog KPI definitions and acceptance criteria Support impact analysis and change management processes related to metadata updates Qualifications Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Data Management Information Systems or related field 3 years of experience in data governance business rule management KPI governance Strong understanding of data quality principles metadata management and KPI frameworks Experience with data governance tools e g Collibra Informatica Alation is a plus Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate business needs into structured data definitions and rules Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to data e g GDPR HIPAA Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for data integrity Med-Device Data Management Experience preferred Requisition ID 615005
