Festivals From India is hiring for their client ASIGN an energetic and proactive Client Services Associate to join their team in Mumbai This role is ideal for someone with an event management or client services background who is comfortable multitasking thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the demands of a growing start-up While the role will initially be focused on backend operations it offers opportunities to grow into a more client-facing position with increasing exposure over time Please note 1 The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment 2 Festivals From India is hiring for this role on behalf of our client 3 This is an on-site full-time position based in Mumbai 4 Salary band for this role is available upon request Requirements 1-3 years of professional experience in client services event management operations or related fields Solid organizational and multitasking skills ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills A proactive on-your-toes approach and comfort working in a start-up environment Interest in art and collectibles prior art world experience is a plus but not essential Ability to build strong relationships with clients vendors and colleagues Flexibility and willingness to take on both backend and eventually client-facing responsibilities
