Job Title Department Incharge - Warehouse Logistics Company SJP Auto Lubes Location Aurangabad Experience 6-9 years Salary 45 000- 50 000 month up to 55 000 for exceptional candidates Employment Type Full-time Position Overview SJP Auto Lubes is seeking a Department Incharge to lead warehouse dispatch and logistics operations The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in billing systems SAP Tally Oracle and proven leadership in managing teams optimizing processes and ensuring smooth supply chain operations Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage end-to-end warehouse operations logistics and dispatch activities Lead supervise and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards Handle billing processes documentation and reporting accurately using SAP Tally or Oracle Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency reduce costs and meet operational KPIs Coordinate with transporters suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and dispatch Monitor stock levels conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management review Ensure compliance with company policies legal regulations and safety protocols Required Skills Qualifications 6-9 years of experience in warehouse logistics dispatch and billing operations Proficiency in SAP Tally or Oracle systems Robust leadership decision-making and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment and manage multiple priorities Additional Information Preference will be given to candidates with extensive knowledge of billing dispatch warehouse and logistics operations
