Job Title Electrical Testing Engineer Department Electrical Engineering Location Juinagar Navi Mumbai Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Electrical Testing Engineer to join our team in the Elevator Manufacturing Industry The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering with expertise in electrical testing quality assurance and ensuring the safety and functionality of elevator electrical systems You will be responsible for conducting rigorous testing analyzing electrical components and ensuring the highest quality standards for our elevator systems Shift Timing Night Shift 9 00 PM to 6 00 AM Day Shift 9 00 AM to 6 00 PM Key Responsibilities Conduct electrical testing on elevator components control systems wiring panels and motors to ensure safety reliability and compliance with industry standards Develop execute and document test plans test cases and test scripts specifically for elevator electrical systems Collaborate with design engineers to understand testing requirements and ensure all electrical components meet the required specifications and standards Analyze test results identify defects or performance issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them promptly Maintain detailed records reports and documentation of all tests conducted ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Actively participate in design reviews risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical testing processes within elevator manufacturing Manage manpower effectively ensuring proper allocation of tasks adherence to deadlines and maintaining quality throughout the testing process Supervise the timely execution of electrical testing orders and ensure all requirements are met without delays Perform testing on all electrical components used in elevators such as wiring control systems and other safety-critical electrical parts Stay updated with industry trends technological advancements and regulatory changes in electrical testing and elevator manufacturing Requirements Education BE Diploma Degree Pursuing in Electrical Engineering only candidates with an Electrical Engineering background are eligible Experience Freshers candidates are welcome to apply Strong understanding of electrical testing methodologies equipment and tools Proficiency in using test automation tools and scripting languages is a plus Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring accuracy and quality in testing processes Experience in handling a team and managing order execution is an advantage Willingness to work night shifts from 9 00 PM to 6 00 AM Male candidates only due to operational requirements Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 16 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
