Summary The Insights and Decision Science IDS team is dedicated to enabling improved decision-making at Novartis by leveraging data and advanced analytics capabilities to generate actionable insights that drive business growth We collaborate closely with the US business bringing insights and challenging ideas to empower smarter data-driven decision-making The Executive Director Core Data Enablement will be responsible for overseeing the direction management and execution of data warehousing and analytics enablement initiatives By collaborating with cross-functional teams the role will ensure the effective collection storage and analysis of data which are critical for business operations decision-making and compliance Additionally the ED plays a critical role in fostering innovation assessing feasibility and effectively communicating product vision and strategy to stakeholders with a solid foundation in data management data integrity and advanced analytics Location -
