driving Copilot-style assistance and automation across user journeys within our product portfolio This is a hands-on role ideal for a product owner who understands the intersection of enterprise applications and AI and who can balance feature ambition with delivery precision in a fast-paced agile environment WHAT YOU LL DO Backlog Requirement Ownership Own and prioritize the product backlog for AI-enhanced features Gather and translate complex business requirements into clear user stories epics and acceptance criteria Partner with Product Management to break down epics into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria Cross-functional Execution Work closely with engineers and AI ML practitioners to integrate LLM-based functionality into product workflows Act as the voice of the customer in engineering discussions Participate in sprint ceremonies grooming planning demos retrospectives Support the team with clarifications removing blockers and decision-making throughout delivery AI Workflow Design Define and refine AI interaction models including prompt management feedback loops and telemetry instrumentation Leverage platform usage data to identify improvement opportunities Track feature success using telemetry usage feedback and quality metrics Delivery Enablement Work with Engineers UX DevOps and QA to ensure functional completeness and release readiness Drive feature signoff and release readiness including services security performance and support Help with go-to-market and release coordination documentation and training enablement Work closely with Product Management and Product Marketing to do Sales and Presales enablement on new features functionality and Roadmap Customer Analytics Feedback Loop Leverage platform usage data to identify improvement opportunities Engage with customers market experts and internal SMEs to refine roadmap direction Build and run user councils and focus groups to gather feedback and validate product direction WHO YOU ARE 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Enterprise Software environment Experience defining and delivering LLM-powered product features such as copilots retrieval-augmented chat or backend agents Able to translate complex ML AI models into practical testable and user-facing experiences Experience collaborating with AI LLM Prompt Engineers or understanding of prompt versioning best practices Exposure to real-time inference observability or AI ethics in enterprise contexts Demonstrated knowledge of Agile Scrum practices and backlog management Proven ability to write refine features user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams Skilled in using tools such as Azure DevOps JIRA or equivalent Strong analytical and communication skills able to break down technical concepts for diverse stakeholders Ability to interact with executives and senior management in customer accounts Demonstrated ability to excel in a quick-paced dynamic environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail NICE TO HAVE Understanding of enterprise user workflows in areas like reconciliation reporting and or close automation Certified Scrum Product Owner CSPO Accounting or finance knowledge Headquartered in Plano Texas Trintech has offices located across the United States India United Kingdom France Germany Ireland Netherlands Norway Sweden Denmark Australia and Singapore as well as strategic partners in South Africa Latin America and the Asia Pacific At our core Trintechers stand committed to fostering a culture rooted in our core values -
