Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day construction site operations including civil electrical plumbing carpentry and interior works Ensure that all work is executed as per approved drawings design standards and scope of work Coordinate with railway authorities and ensure necessary site permissions safety protocols and compliance are met Supervise all contractors vendors and laborers on-site ensuring timely progress and quality workmanship Monitor material deliveries and consumption manage on-site inventory Maintain daily work progress reports and share updates with the Project Manager Highlight any delays material shortages or on-site issues proactively for resolution Ensure all site activities follow safety hygiene and legal compliance protocols Liaise with the Purchase and Accounts team for bill verifications measurements and work certifications Attend project review meetings site inspections and coordinate follow-ups Ensure handover readiness including snagging and final touch-ups before soft launch Requirements Minimum 1 years of experience in supervising commercial interior civil construction projects Prior experience in working on railway station premises or government infrastructure projects is preferred Proficient in MS Excel and WhatsApp-based reporting Willing to be stationed full-time at Vadodara during the course of the project Job Types Full-time Part-time Pay From 16 500 00 per month Expected hours 54 per week Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Leave encashment Paid time off Work Location In person Application Deadline 16 08 2025 Expected Start Date 15 08 2025
