Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our growing dental practice The ideal candidate will assist the dentist in various dental procedures prepare and sterilize equipment and ensure that our patients are comfortable and well-informed This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about dental health has substantial experience in the field and enjoys working in a team environment Must be proficient in understanding English to effectively communicate with patients families and team members Timing - Mon-Sat 8 30am-6pm Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures including but not limited to extractions fillings and root canals Prepare treatment rooms instruments and tray setups for dental procedures Sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines Take dental x-rays and process x-ray film as directed by the dentist Record patient medical and dental histories Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care Manage inventory of dental supplies and order as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring a qualified and safe environment for patients and staff Make preliminary impressions for study casts and occlusal registrations for mounting study casts Communicate effectively with patients families and other team members Perform other related job duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant Must be proficient in understanding English both verbal and written to effectively communicate with patients families and team members Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills including proficiency in understanding English Excellent organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations Strong multitasking abilities Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Experience Dental Assistant 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
