Job Title Quality Production Engineer Location Vasai Maharashtra Experience 3 to 4 years Education Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Quality Production Engineer with a strong background in engineering and fabrication to join our team in Vasai The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality standards optimizing production processes and supporting fabrication activities to meet project and company goals Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance Control Develop implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements Conduct inspections audits and testing of materials components and finished products Identify quality issues and work closely with production teams to implement corrective actions Production Engineering Optimize production processes for efficiency cost-effectiveness and safety Coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure adherence to engineering specifications and timelines Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and fabrication workflows Engineering Fabrication Review engineering drawings and fabrication plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility Provide technical support during fabrication and assembly activities Collaborate with design production and quality teams to resolve technical challenges Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate quality and production documentation including inspection reports process sheets and non-conformance reports Prepare regular reports on quality metrics production status and improvement activities Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in quality assurance production engineering and fabrication Strong knowledge of engineering drawings fabrication techniques and quality standards Proficient in quality control tools and methodologies e g Six Sigma 5S SPC Excellent problem-solving communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Preferred Attributes Experience working in fabrication-heavy industries Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and practices Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month
