Purchase Manager Executive Department Procurement Supply Chain Industry Magnet Wire Electrical Wire Manufacturing Qualifications Any degree or relevant qualification Experience 5 to 10 years as a Purchase Executive manufacturing or electrical wire industry Work Location Hyderabad Role Overview As a Purchase Manager you will be responsible for end-to-end procurement activities supplier management cost optimization and timely sourcing of materials especially copper insulation materials and other components used in magnet wire production You will work closely with production quality and finance teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations aligned with business goals Key Responsibilities Plan execute and manage procurement of raw materials consumables and capital goods as per production requirements Identify evaluate and develop reliable suppliers vendors ensuring competitive pricing and quality Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers for long-term cost effectiveness Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid production downtime while minimizing carrying costs Coordinate with production and stores teams to forecast material demand and ensure timely availability Monitor market trends especially copper pricing and proactively adapt sourcing strategies Ensure compliance with company procurement policies statutory regulations and documentation standards Drive vendor performance evaluation quality control checks and corrective actions when required Prepare and manage purchase budgets reports and MIS for leadership review Collaborate with finance and audit teams for payment terms GRN approvals and cost control initiatives Must be into indirect Purchase Scrap management Scrap sale Robust negotiation analytical and vendor management skills Proven experience in raw material procurement especially copper aluminium resins varnishes Job Type Full-time Pay 17 936 58 - 53 637 29 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund
