Job Summary The Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service preparing beverages food items and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a great cafe experience for every guest Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with orders Prepare and serve tea coffee and food items as per cafe standards Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cafe kitchen and dining area Operate POS cash register handle billing and ensure accurate transactions Follow safety sanitation and food handling guidelines Assist teammates in daily cafe operations and meet service targets Uphold brand values and contribute to creating a friendly welcoming environment Qualifications Skills High school diploma or equivalent Previous cafe restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with a positive attitude Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays Work Schedule Rotational shifts morning evening based on cafe operations Job Types Full-time Part-time Fresher Pay 12 552 85 - 15 318 09 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
