Job Title Project Manager - AI Product Development Location Hybrid - Delhi Mohali Experience 4-5 years Reporting to VP Delivery Type Full-time What You ll Do As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning and executing one or more concurrent projects depending on complexity and team size You ll collaborate with both internal engineering teams and external client stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and quality outcomes Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end project planning and execution across AI ML and or software development projects Conduct sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives Maintain explicit and timely communication with clients via status reports and regular updates Interact with customer to understand manage and deliver expected outcomes consistently Coordinate cross-functional teams and proactively remove delivery roadblocks Manage project timelines resource allocation scope and quality Report project health through prescribed formats dashboards Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams Drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance What We re Looking For 4-5 years of project management experience in software or AI ML project environments Experience working directly with clients including international stakeholders Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools e g Jira Familiarity with APIs cloud platforms e g AWS GCP Azure and basic AI ML concepts Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability Nice to Have PMP or CSM certification Hands-on experience in a tech environment or with technical teams
