Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced qualified to join our team as Assistant Manager - Quality for MEP projects The role involves ensuring that all MEP works meet the required quality standards codes and client specifications The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures conducting inspections and driving continuous improvement across project sites Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor quality assurance and control processes for MEP works HVAC electrical plumbing firefighting Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications standards and safety norms Review and verify contractor work material approvals and method statements Maintain and update quality documentation including inspection reports NCRs corrective actions and test records Coordinate with consultants contractors and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues Ensure adherence to IS codes NBC norms and client-specific quality requirements Support project teams in achieving quality milestones and certifications Train site personnel on quality standards and best practices Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field 5-8 years of experience in quality management for MEP projects Strong understanding of MEP systems and quality standards Familiarity with ISO standards QA QC procedures and regulatory compliance Proficient in MS Office AutoCAD and quality management tools Excellent analytical communication and documentation skills Preferred Attributes Certification in Quality Management or ISO auditing Experience in high-rise residential commercial projects Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
