Experience- 4 years Location- Bangalore Hyderabad JD- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical implementation and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud ORC solutions This role requires in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications including configuration customization integration and troubleshooting The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders functional consultants and development teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions Key Responsibilities Oracle Fusion ORC Implementation Configuration Design configure and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions as per business requirements ensuring optimal functionality of job requisitions candidate management and recruitment processes Customization Development Customize Oracle Recruiting Cloud using tools like BI Publisher OTBI Oracle Application Composer and Page Composer to tailor the solution to meet specific customer needs Integration Design and implement integrations between Oracle ORC and other systems e g Oracle HCM third-party applications using SOAP REST APIs Web Services and FBDI File-Based Data Import Technical Support Troubleshooting Provide ongoing technical support resolve complex issues and troubleshoot integration configuration or custom development problems Data Migration Lead data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle ORC ensuring data integrity and consistency Testing Quality Assurance Support system testing user acceptance testing UAT and post-implementation validation to ensure successful deployment Documentation Training Create technical documentation user guides and conduct end-user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle ORC solutions Collaboration Work closely with functional consultants business users and other technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction Job Types Full time Permanent Pay From 1 000 000 00 per year Schedule Fixed shift Application Question s How many years of total experience do you currently have How many years of experience do you have in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Which modules do you have experience What is your current annual CTC What is your expected annual CTC What is your notice period LWD What is your current location
