We are seeking a strategic results-driven Chief Operating Officer COO to oversee the daily operations and ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality interior design projects As a key member of the executive team the COO will play a vital role in scaling operations optimizing internal processes improving team productivity and enhancing client satisfaction This role requires a deep understanding of the design industry project management financial acumen and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee day-to-day operations across design procurement project management and installation teams Develop and implement operational strategies processes and best practices to ensure efficiency and scalability Drive resource allocation workflow optimization and cross-department coordination Project Oversight Monitor active projects to ensure they are delivered on time on budget and to the highest quality standards Resolve bottlenecks and operational challenges quickly and effectively Ensure compliance with contracts regulations safety standards and company policies Financial Management Collaborate with the CFO CEO on budgeting forecasting and financial reporting Monitor key performance indicators KPIs and profitability metrics across departments Oversee vendor relationships and procurement processes to control costs and improve margins Team Culture Lead and mentor department heads and operational staff Drive a culture of accountability transparency collaboration and continuous improvement Assist in recruiting training and retaining top talent within the company Client Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with the CEO to ensure an exceptional client experience from concept to completion Partner with business development and marketing teams to support firm growth and brand consistency Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and other senior leaders Job Type Full time Pay 32 107 14 - 110 445 73 per month
